I'm 24
years old Italian girl, my name is Palmira.
I am
from Italy, now I live in Rome but I came from a little town in Sicily.
I'm really glad to take
part in the project “Holding Hands with Other Abilities”.
I
studied to become a Neuro and Psychomotility Therapist of Developmental Age.
I think
that the experience in your project will help me grow up as a person and as a
young therapist.
I think
that having the chance to get acquainted with an organization like yours,
experienced in the field of disability and, especially, with a global mindset
and integrated intervention, will surely help me to implement my professional
knowledge.
Furthermore
it is an important opportunity to test myself because I’ll have to find the
best strategy to integrate in a new culture, to fit in a new reality and to
learn a new language.
